The condo market is SLOW right now and has been for some time. Being primarily investor driven, the high rates have taken a bite out of cash-flow and have flooded the market with supply. This has shifted the condo segment into a buyers market and in some cases, an extreme buyers market. Overpriced, unprepared and tenanted properties are struggling the most in this market and sellers should make every attempt to list vacant and impeccably prepared units.
