Here’s what to typically expect after we find the perfect floor plan for you:
- Assess your overall financial and investment goals to determine what project is right for you (area, timeline, budget, rental rates)
- Analyze the neighborhood to ensure that the required growth will be there in the future to provide a healthy return on investment
- Review the previous work of the builder to ensure you are purchasing with the right project
- Discuss what type of unit is the right one for rental revenue and for future growth
- Discussion with mortgage broker about your pre-approval and financing needs
- Review and sign agreement
- Deliver initial deposit to developer upon signing (typically 5-10k on signing)

- Discussion with lawyer regarding the agreement and supporting documents.
- Discussion with accountant regarding taxation and limiting tax risks.
- Submit your mortgage pre-approval
- Typically builders ask for deposit to be paid in 30, 90 and 180 days. But this can vary for each project
