Most personal information is collected directly from you through:

Your personal information may be shared with the real estate boards/associations, or their authorized representatives, providing data to Odanovic.com for the purpose of auditing and monitoring Odanovic.com’s compliance with each respective board’s/association’s rules, regulations, policies and by-laws, the security of the data and other legal purposes, related to the use of the boards’/associations’ data;

Not all of your information will be accessible by each of these entities. For example, once a listing agreement is terminated, the general public may not have access to your information unless it is otherwise accessible through public registries such as a Land Titles Office.

Odanovic.com and its affiliates collect, use, and disclose your personal information for one or more of the following purposes depending on the services you requested from and agreed to with Odanovic.com:

• To manage and develop Odanovic.com’s business and operations;

• Facilitating your purchase and/or sale of a property by cooperating with third party service providers such as financial institutions, legal advisors, moving companies, and others;
• Complying with legal requirements and acting pursuant to legal authorizations;
• Complying with codes of professional conduct and ethics for members of Real Estate Boards/Associations.
• The above collections, uses and disclosures are a necessary part of your relationship with Odanovic.com.

odanovic.com will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Other uses:

• Odanovic.com may communicate with you to determine whether you require additional real estate related services.
• Odanovic.com may communicate with you to provide information about other products or services which may interest and benefit to you.
• You may instruct Odanovic.com to refrain from using or sharing information in the two ways described above at any time by providing written notification to Odanovic.com, bob@odanovic.com. Odanovic.com acknowledges that the sharing of information in the two ways described above is at your option and you will not be refused services merely because you advised Odanovic.com to stop using or sharing information in these ways.
• When personal information that has been collected is to be used for a purpose not previously identified, the new purpose shall be identified prior to use and consent for same shall be obtained from you unless the use is authorized or required by law.

All access requests must be in writing and must be directed to Odanovic.com’s Broker of Record. Access requests must be accompanied by appropriate identification satisfactory to Odanovic.com. 

Odanovic.com has the right prior to responding to any access requests, to take whatever steps it deems necessary to confirm the identify the person making the request. Odanovic.com will endeavour to provide any applicable information within 30 days of the date of the request.

Odanovic.com may charge a nominal amount for costs incurred in providing the information, where reasonable and allowed by law.

Where an individual believes that the Personal Information in the Odanovic.com file is inaccurate, he or she may have appended to the record any alternative information, where Odanovic.com is of the view that the appended information is, in fact, correct.

Odanovic.com has the right to decline to provide access to Personal Information in a number of circumstances, including where the information:

• Is subject to solicitor-client privilege;
• Could interfere with law enforcement, investigative or regulatory functions;
• Would disclose of Personal Information of another individual;
• Would cause serious harm to another individual;
