394 East Ave is officially off the market and is my clients new home! I wish them many years of happiness and amazing memories in this stunning renovation.
Personally I am a fan of balanced markets, as buyers (and sellers) can make more informed decisions and not feel like they will miss out if they don’t jump at something. We were able to visit the home a few times, secure conditions and negotiate on those conditions, which would not have been possible a few years ago. If you are looking to upsize or smartsize, this is definitely my favorite market to do it in.
