#1311 – 87 Peter St is officially off the market! We managed to rent out this perfectly located condo within 2 days with multiple offers, and over asking. The trick here was that a large number of comparable units were listed with no attention to detail at all. Poor prep, cell phone photos, and just terrible communication by agents.
We ensured the unit looked great, spent some time preparing it, and then had our photographer make sure it stood out from the 120 comparable units on the market. End result? Happy landlord and a higher-than-expected rental rate.
