#111 – 20 Fashion Roseway is officially off the market! Congratulations to my wonderful clients on securing another quality tenant for their investment property in prime Bayview Village.
It took us some time to lease this unit, but it was not for a lack of interest, but more due to a lack of quality applicants. We ended up rejecting offers, in order to wait for the one we were comfortable with. If you suspect something “off” with an application, trust your instincts and wait for another one, as there is too much risk in today’s market. I also think this is another reason why the “days on market” for leases is currently high, as landlords are taking their time and rejecting several applications before accepting one.
